Information You Provide

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, inquiry topic, and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate services you request.

Contact Form Delivery

The contact form uses FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, to route submissions to our business email accounts. Information submitted through the form is processed by FormSubmit and then delivered to us. Please do not submit payment information, sensitive identification numbers, medical information, or other confidential information through the contact form.

Booking, Waivers, Gift Cards, and Maps

This website connects with third-party services that operate under their own privacy terms:

• Bookeo provides the booking calendar and processes reservation information.
• eWaiverPro provides the waiver form and processes information entered into that form.
• Square processes online gift-card purchases and related payment information.
• Google Maps provides the embedded map and directions.

When you interact with an embedded service or follow a link to one of these providers, that provider may receive technical information and any details you choose to submit. Review the provider’s privacy notice before providing personal or payment information.

Hosting and Analytics

The website is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps, and security or performance data, and provides aggregate website-usage measurements. The website source does not currently include a separate third-party analytics script.

How We Use and Share Information

We use information to answer inquiries, manage reservations and events, provide requested services, maintain website security, and operate the business. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers described above when needed to provide their respective features.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask about information you submitted directly through the website contact form or to request that we delete it from our business records, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Requests involving Bookeo, eWaiverPro, Square, Google, FormSubmit, or Cloudflare may also be governed by those providers’ policies.
