Monthly membership options

Membership terms are a rolling month.  Example: if membership is started on the 12 of the month, it will renew on the 12th of each consecutive month.  A payment email will be received before the next month payment.  There is a cancel option at the bottom of the email if you need to cancel for any reason.  To keep the membership for an additional month, nothing is needed to be done and the payment will process on the next payment date.  Additionally you can contact us at anytime if you need to cancel or pause your membership.

Lane bookings are encouraged, although walk-in's are welcome.  Present your ID to the staff upon checking out from your visit to verify your membership status and log your visit.   10% discount on purchases apply to members only.  If bringing a friend for discounted lane rental, their drinks and merchandise purchases will be at full price.  VIP lanes, if available, can be used by members at no additional cost.  Memberships are non transferable and any unused time will not be rolled over to the following month.  Special circumstances may apply such as medical, family, job situations that may prevent all hours from being used, in which case you can contact us and we will address on a case by case basis.  Membership times are calculated per 1 hour of lane usage.  Lane usage starts after safety briefing and games are setup.  A 1 hour visit generally takes about 75 minutes.  You can use multiple hours at a time if desired.  Example:  for the 6 hour monthly membership, you can enjoy 6 separate 1 hour visits, 3 separate 2 hour visits, 1 individual 6 hour visit, etc.  Most of all we want to thank you for being a member and if there is anything we can do to make your visit special, such as a birthday or anniversary, please let us know!
